Dockside should automatically show in the current display when automatic positioning is enabled

Bugs & Feature Request

Currently dockside opens on the main display or manually chosen display. Why not open it on the display actually being used? Or the monitor the mouse is on currently?

Would help a lot with drag and drop gestures?

    Now, in automatic positioning mode, Dockside Files shelf will show in the active screen (screen with mouse in) when dragging is detected. To be released in v1.9.25!
